White Chicken Enchiladas







Via the Pioneer Woman...
These were SUPER YUMMY!
It looks like a lot of steps, but they were not hard to make! I used boneless chicken breasts. I also added a dab of cream to my cheese sauce mixture. I used canned diced green chilis. They were NOT hot or spicy... My 4 year old ate every bite of his without complaint! (which is very rare!!)
